Delete a Baby Tracking account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data without reinstalling the application.

Request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your account.
Use the subject “Delete Baby Tracking account”.
State that you want the account and associated data deleted. Do not include sensitive information about the baby in the email.

What is deleted

After verifying that the request belongs to the account holder, we will delete or anonymize the account, child profiles, photographs, invitations and associated records, except information temporarily retained for a legal obligation, security or fraud prevention.

Shared access

If a profile has several caregivers, deleting one account may not delete a profile that still legitimately belongs to other caregivers. Explain whether you also request deletion of a shared profile and we will verify the relevant authorization.

Timing and confirmation

We will acknowledge the request and communicate the outcome within a reasonable period. We may request limited verification to prevent someone else from deleting your account without permission.
